    When I use Dorso crayons the colour is not left behind. I am using “Dorso Oil”.

    Beverley, perhaps you are using too much oil? A tiny bit goes a long way. I put a tiny drop of oil on a cotton bud and then dab it on a paper towel before I even spread the color. The color will be spread across the parchment paper, but it will also be translucent. Hope that helps.
